Terms and Conditions

• I reserve the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason.
• I do NOT allow my work to be used for NFTs or AI.
• Artwork is to be used for personal use only, unless commercial use has been discussed during ordering.
• My artwork may not be edited, copied, traced or heavily referenced by anyone. Individuals who are found to be copying and/or tracing my work will be denied service in the future.
• I have the right to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in my online publications, portfolios, examples etc. If you would like to request that I do not include your comissioned work in any of the examples listed, please let me know!
• You are purchasing a digital product. If you intend to use the art for (personal) printing or require it to be at a certain size/resolution, please let me know while ordering, so I can work around those specifications.
• Changes to the artwork after the sketch stage may incur an additional fee, depending on complexity.
• Payment is to be done through Paypal Invoice in USD, after details and price have been discussed and confirmed.
• Payment upfront after initial sketch is accepted. For sketches, payment is to be paid upfront in full.
• No refunds after the sketch stage.
• Please be patient with me. If you require the commission within a certain timeframe, please let me know and I will do my best to work within that. Commissions with a tight turnaround/deadline may incur an additional fee.
• My prices are subject to change at my own discretion.
• Your payment means that you have read, agree to and acknowledge the terms and conditions listed here.
